Could you try recording a video from this website? https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/
Besides some slight bumps at the end of the press, the keyboard looks fine
As 2 keys are affected, it may be a Windows issue, for example
- Windows Sticky Keys
- Windows Filter Keys
causing the issue
You can attempt to disable this by going to
Right-clicking the Windows Start icon > Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard > Disable
otherwise it may be some third party software causing issues witch finding the cause is a bit more tricky
it didnt fix it
In that case, best to try
https://config.qmk.fm/#/test
It will show the press/release events of the key so you can double-check if it is detected or not.
You can also have the analog monitor on the right to see when it doesn’t detect, if the keyboard has any strange behavior.
Otherwise, if the keyboard looks fine, finding the cause is the hard part. You may need to launch into Windows Safe Mode to disable all non-Windows applications and see if this traces back to random software causing the issue.
(If this shows results, try disabling software that launches on startup to narrow it down)
For references below is a list of software that has caused issues in the past (dose not include all software just a references)

im lowk stupid and i dont know what to do on the qmk thing
that is just to double check if the key is detected in other applications
and how it is being detected
For example a keyboard will send a "Press/down" event when the key is pressed
and a "release/up" event when it is no longer being pressed
you can see if of those two events if one is missing when the issue occures
(been some cases where the Press is missing while the release is fine )
i fully wiped my computer and nothin happened
(i was planning on wiping my computer anyway)
well that is strange...
just to double check in the earlier video it looked like you had "RT-Display" enabled to show when the key is press/release
this shows when the press/release events are sent from the keyboard (witch was one of the reason i assume the system was the cause) dose this react correclty when the issue occures (wish to double check)
that shows the key is detected
so not sure what is going
i didnt tell u this either but my window key was also doing the same and before i did all this it started working again
So the big point right now is that the keyboard seems to be working fine, at least during the tests and the footage, so I am not entirely sure which direction to go next. Either check the keyboard (PCB) for visible issues or focus on system-related causes.
Could you leave RT-Display enabled for a while and, when the problem occurs, check if the keyboard is reacting correctly or not?
ok just to check what does rt display mean
i might try the pcb but i dont know what to look for
i fixed it
it is RGB effect
i think
??
ok nvm lmao
it seems to working now? i turned rapid trigger on them and now when i lift them up it turns red. Plus it seems like its working in game aswell
idk it seems to be working
a mystery...
lmao
