I bought a 80HE and was charged but never got a confirmation email or it showing up as ordered on the wooting hub. I checked other emails and still nothing. What do I do?

Contact Wooting using the support wizard linked above. Either you mistyped your email or maybe the payment process overwrote it. But if you give them your whole order details they can move the order to your real email.

Can take a while to appear on the hub I've found

And the hub updates within 10mins or so usually.

Orders get associated to your hub account via the email address on checkout. If that doesn't match it will never show up on your hub account
