Hey guys I just got my wooting 80 he but I have some problems with it.
I get "an error occurred trying to save the profile to the keyboard" and it keeps disconnecting and reconnect again without saving the settings.
Can anyone help me fix this problem?
I already tried different usb ports and even the usb c port.
I am using the web based software via google chrome.

Try temporarily disabling them or closing them and try setting up your keyboard

Ok I will try that today
When I put it in another usb port I can change my settings without the error for like a minute and then it comes back
But I have to constantly do it to change any settings with it saving
So I was changing usb port yesterday all the time for any settings to save without the error coming up

I found the problem guys
It’s the stock cable
I plugged my keychron cable in the wooting keyboard and now the problem is gone
