Question about order status and shipping

Hi, hope you’re doing well

I just wanted to ask about my order status.
It has been marked as “ready to pack” for about two days now, but it hasn’t been shipped yet.

I also wanted to mention that I originally wanted to choose express shipping, but there didn’t seem to be an option to select it during checkout.
I was wondering if it’s still possible to change the shipping method, or if it’s too late now.
No rush at all , just wanted to check.

Is your order about to ship and you need to pause it for any reason?
Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!

All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!

If you weren't given the option for expedited shipping during checkout, then it's not possible for your location/destination.

Furthermore, having your order on ready to pack for 2 days is normal. It just means your order has been forwarded to the fulfilment centre and will get packed somewhere during the week :)

Just to double-check: I ordered to Germany (Cologne), and I thought express shipping would usually be available for that destination.
Is it currently not offered for Germany in general, or could it be due to my specific order or timing?

I just double checked myself. I see the option to choose a different parcel provider (DHL or DPD) but no express shipping, so I dont believe it was an option.

In general shipping to Germany is already quite fast once they have your package

its showing like that in dhl The broadcast was announced electronically.
