Based on the video it seems to happen when you choose a profile with Tachyon mode, this means it's most likely a power related issue. How's the keyboard connected to your PC? Is it plugged directly into the motherboard or you're using USB hub or KVM switch? If it's plugged into the motherboard already, please try another port and see if the issue persists.
Wooting 60HE - Pressing random keys
its plugged into the motherboard i did try to plug it into different porta it still did the same thing
Does it happen if you create a new profile with Tachyon mode?
its when i enable tachyon or turn the brightness to 100
now my pc is js restarting and fixing something
Have you tried all ports on the back of the PC?
yes
Do you have another cable?
yea im using the original rn tho
Try using a different cable
It's either ports or the cable, I don't think the issue is the keyboard itself
Does this happen if you lift up the keyboard?
its on the table
its steady
Yes, lift it up and see if it still happens
it stopped showing
Are you using metal desk?
Shafie is pretty smart
its on a mousepad and no
Anything magnetic near the keyboard?
the only magnatic thing is the cable
ok tachyon mode aint a problem anymore its js the actuation point
yea every key is being pressed
no
Should they, @hexed patio?
how do i do that
Lemme doublecheck first
I think it's a calibration issue personalky
But shafie knows more than I do
Can try yeah
Go into wootility
And press help on the conenct screen
Follow instructions to reset from there
same thing
tachyon aint the problem i think the switches are not working well
is that a problem
Unlikely that the switches are causing this.
Do you have another PC or laptop? to rule out that the issue isn't the keyboard itself
or are they designed like that
No
uh no i dont have any other pc or laptop
Hmm
Just double checking, you don't have Secretlab Magnus Pro or any other metal desk right? Because this definitely looks like a magnetic interference to me...
no
You are moving way too much to see anything friend haha
im showing him what happens when i lift the keyboard
i just got this dude
Use your words, does it change?
my luck as ass
no
I sincerely doubt this is a malfunctioning set of switches
You should try replugging after you lift it up
That'd be the worst luck ever, close to impossible for all your switches to do it at once
alr
still the same
Unplug and wait a bit
Then plug it back in while it's up
So the power goes out fully (I suck at explaining)
not the problem
and i tried
Hmm
You'll have to go to your wooting hub and click on your order them request support
Fill in a ticket explaining everything we tried so far
They will assist you further, we are just volunteer helpers and I feel like we're stuck
I hope it gets fixed soon friend, sorry this happened to you
its fine ty
the switches are js damaged
thank you shafie ill js contact support to return it or replace it
i can js recalibrate the hall sensors no?
They calibrate when the keyboard is powered. That’s why you should unplug and replug as a first step always
i did it multiple of time its still the same
imma try again when im back home
i remember a setting called reset hall sensors
or something
dude the shit is going to 0.13 when i turn tachyon mode on and when i turn it off its back to 0,33
so its not the switches#
whats wrong
Contact support if you haven't already, they'll help you.
