Have you tried re-"painting" the keys with the color you want? If you're cycling colors, maybe try setting the effect to something else and then setting it back to what you want?
it doesn't work, my keyboard just has no led lol
It used to earlier today when i initially got it
for like 3 hours it was good
I'd reach out to support through their website. I see you don't even have a light bar.
Power issue maybe? Have you tried other USB ports to see if that made any difference?
Or a different cable?
let me try that real quick
different usb and different cable, no change sadly
If i ask for a replacement, will i be able to use this kb till the new one arrives then i send this one back to them? Cause i don't have any keyboard available as of now.
I'm not entirely sure. That would be a question to ask support. I know with PCB warranties, they send you the working PCB first, you swap it for the functional one and then send them the malfunctioning one. At least that was the experience my friend had. My friend's positive experience with their customer service is actually what originally pushed me into deciding to purchase a Wooting.
I don't know if the warranty process if different for the TenZ though since it is a limited run item.
But the PCB is the same between the TenZ and normal 80HE. 🤷♂️
Yea that's true, i also just tested by connecting it to another laptop and same issue. I already sent a ticket but it says it's going to take anywhere from 7-10 days for a reply which sucks lol.
I doubt it will actually take 7 days.
Can you show your wootility profile/settings etc. ?
and just to double check? the RGB doesnt light back up while you use/type the keyboard? there's a feature where the RGB goes to 'sleep' mode if you go afk for a while
The profile/settings is the default that came with the tenz collab which is, the tenz normal and ultra as well as the typing profile. I’ve changed nothing and made brightness was at least 70%. The RGB didn’t light back up ever since I came back from dinner. I turned off the sleep mode cause I got frustrated lol.
Sorry I turned off my pc for the night, I can send pics of those tomorrow if it’s still needed.
Hmm Im personally a bit a t a loss if you've tried all the standard fixes/checks like resetting your keyboard etc.
you can always send a message to our CS team too, see if they have a solution for you!

Pick the category and issue you need help with, and we'll guide you through the process.
I’ve sent a ticket through today. Just worried about how long it’ll take for a response back or solution lol, saw the eta was 7-10 days excluding weekends.
