Extra letters while typing

For the past few days every time I type, extra characters and letters are added. Like if I type “extra” I might get “extttraa” instead, or I’ll get extra spaces when I click the space bar. I’ve tried updating my 60HE from wootility and device manager, and I’ve restarted my computer. Anything to fix this??
