Wooting 80 HE nonstop pressing key

Hello, a newly bought Wooting 80HE has jittering/permanent key pressing problems.
Its the ghost case, 80 Module and Lekkerv2 45 switches (custom keycaps).

Second time this happened (first Wooting 80 already returned due to same problem).

Stuff we already tried:
-on a different Computer in another room
-different cable
-all usb Slots
-rgb on/off
-with and without an usb hub
-only with the Keyboard and everything else plugged off
-closed every applications/background Services that i could
-reinstalled the Keyboard Firmware
-different wootility profiles
-new switches
-1k polling rate
-8k polling rate
-with Tachyon mode and without
-lifted it up to avoid magnetic interferences
-completely reassembled the Keyboard
-Checking for damaged Pins
-wooting app and the web version
-deactivated/deinstalled the Keyboard in Windows itself

ye, it sucks.
Sad thing is that its the 2nd time as stated above so probably won't risk it a third time if I can't fix it

cant be sure whether the 3rd will work this time
