Wooting One S key stopped working

As the title says, the S key on my Wooting One (with Flaretech switches) stopped working recently.

At first, it was just far less sensitive (barely 1.5mm as per the visual indicator in wootility, when fully pressed),
then it stopped working entirely. I now get no feedback at all when pressing it.
All other keys work as they should.

I tried swapping the switch, which hasn't helped.
I've also attempted a restore&reset from within the Wootility app. That also didn't change anything.

Is there anything else I can try?
