Hi! I’m having a serious issue with my 80HE. Several keys have phantom inputs, flickering between 0.1mm and 0.4mm in Wootility even when I don't touch the keyboard. I’ve already tried a Full Reset, Full Calibration, and swapping switches, but the ghosting is still there. It looks like a faulty PCBA/sensor. Can you help me with an RMA or a module replacement? I have a video of the issue ready to send

Did you turn down rgb brightness and try a different cable? Did you try a different usb port? Are you using a magnetic desk (secretlab magnus)
Also if you want customer support you should do so over the hub, this here is just community based help
My desk is not magnetic.
I tried different USB ports
I tried a different high-quality USB cable.
Lowering the RGB brightness doesn't stop the phantom inputs.
The issue persists across all tests, even on a bare PCB with no case. It really looks like a hardware defect on the PCBA

Hi, I saw an email on this thread.
For anyone with 80HE modules experiencing phantom presses on arrival,
please send a ticket and, if possible, include a picture of the analog monitor, as this would be useful and appreciated and the keyboard serial number.
