Main Problem (Summary):
I’ve been having issues with my Wooting 60HE ever since I bought it. When I enable Low Latency Mode, the keyboard starts behaving incorrectly: some keys randomly trigger or replay inputs even though I’m not pressing them. When I disable Low Latency Mode, this automatic triggering completely stops, but the keyboard still feels very inconsistent overall — some keys trigger too early, others too late, even with the correct Wootility settings. The issue also doesn’t happen all the time, which makes it harder to reproduce reliably. I already tried contacting Wooting Support, but I only received AI replies and couldn’t reach a human support agent, so I’m now asking for help here in the Community Discord. I also checked the cable/connector on the keyboard side: it seems plugged in properly, but there is a slight wobble/movement in the connector, so I’m wondering if that could be related.

A slight wobble in the USB port is normal and shouldn't cause this. It sounds more like a power delivery issue. Either the included cable is damaged or you're using a third-party cable that doesn't provide stable power to the keyboard, the keyboard isn't plugged directly into the motherboard and is connected through an unpowered USB hub or KVM switch, or you simply have too many devices running off the same USB controller. In that case, try a different USB port, preferably one farther away from the current one.
