As i found out in the last couple of days there are plenty of people including me, who ordered modules/keyboards from you and the order is stuck in „shipped to you“ and electronically announced at the dhl tracking link.
I openend a Support Ticket on Monday, no response.
I already checked your Problems & Solutions Article and im out of the Time Window with the „First Scan Error“.
Can actually somebody from the support can take a look and tell us whatever happened/is happenning ?
