Hey, I ordered my 80HE on the 24th with expedited shipping, I checked the tracking code and so far:
Label created 23rd
"We have your package" 23rd (Nevada)
"On the way" 25th (Rhode Island)
It has given me estimated delivery dates a couple times, and I just made a request to hold at a local ups access point.
The issue I'm having is that since it's been a couple days since it was estimated to arrive, I checked my invoice, and the address isn't the same I put in, the zipcode is different, and there are two very similiar street names in my area, and it was the incorrect one of the two. I had a $8 fee from UPS to change the location (if I still even can). Do you guys think it is possible for me to get the $8 refunded?
I've already emailed wooting support about it, I'm just anxious about the timeframe.
I know this isnt a wooting support area, just curious if anyone has any advice.
