The cable is fully in, port is not dirty or anything
Randomly when playing, the keyboard just times out and whatever key I was using is held for 1-2 seconds until it comes back to life

So if I was holding W, I just keep walking fowards / driving into a wall in a game until the keyboard comes back
It slowly started happening over the past month

Make sure JST cable isn’t coming loose from usb daughterboard to main board for your keyboard (process does require opening up the keyboard). Or that you don’t have any background process interrupting connection (IE certain peripheral/RGB softwares). Attached is a link to disassemble the keyboard to check JST cable. https://youtu.be/AnyG_a1kosg?si=FgEjyrTVoD3OfgJ9

Sometimes, you may need to fully disassemble your keyboard, whether it's to swap out stabilizers or replace components due to a defect. In this video, we'll guide you through the process.

i have the same issue im gonna try soon

# old cove Is this a common issue

Kinda, but % wise of keyboards, no. Biggest culprit is initial shipping of prebuilds and traveling. JST connector is held through friction, not a clip with a satisfying click so vibrations and heavy jostling can make it walk itself out. Mine came like that, but once I reconnected it, it hasn’t given me any issues in the past year.

So i removed the pcb from the case, the cable seemed inside the Connector (was a little rough to pull it out) so it must have been perfect inside no?
