hello all,

i bought a wooting 60 he v2 a few days ago and unpacked it today. When i took the case with the module/pcb outside the packaging, i noticed that it slowly slides out onto my hand when its flipped upside down. I have the aluminium case with the silicon pad inside, i tried to adjust the silicon pad, swap it with the reserve foam pad and the problem is still there. I´m not really good with electronics and stuff so im not sure if it´s supposed to be like that, but i just wanna make sure that everything is fine with the keyboard. I can also send some photos with different angles of the case, module, etc. and record a video of it sliding out when flipped upside down. Is there anything i can do to fix it or did i forget anything to build in before putting the keycaps in?

kind regards to you guys and wish ya´ll all the best!

Yeah we do have a few influencers who thought it was supposed to stick upside down and showed it. And sure - In some cases the friction fit tolerances might be there to keep it stuck, maybe briefly or longterm. But definitely not a feature.
