prioritise email support tickets. i think this should be a quicker process due to if inputted wrong and someone has that email someone loses out on a lot of money and the keyboard they ordered
we only have email support. it automatically is the priority
I think they mean the kind of support category if you typo your email when ordering should be higher prio
