hey there. I bought the new WOOTHING 60HE V2 Module, and the silicone plug was missing. I was scared the PCB might be damaged so i emailed them for a replacement. And now they sent me TWO PCBs and telling me to return one of them. And I called DHL to return it but they said I will have pay for the shipping. What? So I asked them for a label and its taking days for them just to reply ONE EMAIL. I bought the first module on the 5th dude, and now its the 26th. I'm just trying to use a WOOTING keyboard because I like it this much and this is what I get for spending more than 300 euros. Really, WOOTING team please do better than this. I'm just trying to play my games with a WOOTING. And hey I'm not even trying to sound rude at all. I'm just being brutally honest.

Well if you get return label for that return it should be free i think
