I preordered a wooting 60he v2 on January 22nd. I wanted to see if I could cancel or make changes to the order because I wanted the split space bar version instead. I have the order number and details. Is there anything I can do?

I didn’t get a prompt to make an account with the typo email so I can’t access the hub. It’s only on the order as contact information. I do have an account under the actual email.

You have to create the account yourself on the hub.
