I got my second competitive cooldown, which means 7 days. In game it claims my gameplay was irregular, on support page it lists an unexpected error. I do not have Snappy Tappy or Rappy Snappy, with first ban I did have Rapid Trigger enabled but after it I disabled that as well. I only had Tachyon mode enabled.
There's some claims on reddit that it can be keyboard related, however, sample size isn't big:
