#Issue with Wooting One: "m" and "Right Shift" not responding

Hello Wooting Team,
​I am having some trouble with my Wooting One (Model: W00T01P088v100).
​The "m" key and the Right Shift key have stopped working completely.
​I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
​Performed a Restore/Reset (Mode + Right Arrow while plugging in).
​Swapped the Flaretech switches with known working ones (the problem stays with the "m" and "Shift" positions, the switches themselves work elsewhere).
​Cleaned the optical sensors on the PCB with compressed air.
​Checked the Wootility; the keys do not show any signal.
​Additionally, I am missing four switches. My keyboard uses the transparent/clear Flaretech switches. Since they are hard to find nowadays, is it possible to purchase replacements from you?

​Is there anything else I can do to fix this, or is the PCB/sensor likely defective? I would love to get my Wooting One back to 100%.
