Random keys pressing

I'll randomly be using my keyboard and then letters like D just start spamming or another issue I have is that I'll somehow enter shortcut mode and cant type

this seems to be a issue with some 60HE from the looks of it I have this too with my a button and no matter how many times i full reset through the help menu the issue keeps returning
