Hi, so this is the third reported case of the keyboard profiles being reset on boot...
This is a very strange issue, so I am not sure what could be the cause. I have some follow-up requests/tests to confirm what is occurring.

  1. If you unplug the keyboard and wait 2 minutes, then reconnect the device, do you experience this issue (or only on boot)?
  2. Does this behavior occur when you connect the keyboard to another device?
  3. How often does this occur (every boot, only sometimes, etc)?
  4. Have you made any changes to the keyboard (i.e. firmware update) this week?
  5. Can you perform the test below and record a video of this behavior occurring (we wish to check at what point the reset occurs: start, BIOS, login screen, etc)?
  • Set the keyboard default profile to "RED". This is to see if the profile resets.
  • Record a video of the computer.
  • Restart the system.
  • See when the keyboard profile reset occurs.
  1. Have you made any changes to the BIOS/motherboard settings?
  2. What motherboard do you currently have (if possible, a link would be ideal)?
