Wooting 60HE actuation problems

I bought my keyboard (60he) like a year ago from a guy i know, transferred the order on my account etc.
I have a problem with some keys, they stay on 24/7 at like 0.40, 0.10 and 0.20 acctuation. Why is that and how can i fix it
