Hi all, my Wooting 60HE is not detected at all by windows, and was giving bootloader errors on trying to do a restore through wootility. I plugged the keyboard into a different computer, and the keyboard works fine, RGB comes on, etc. I performed a software update on the second computer, then plugged it back in on the first (faulty) computer, to which the RGB flashed for a second, and then went back to being unresponsive and undetected. I assume that might inidicate a software/firmware clash? but If so, how would I go about resolving this? Thank you!

to provide some more information, I have tried all USB Ports on the computer in which the keyboard doesn't work. I have also cleaned them, there is no damage, and have also tried multiple cables. The Wooting Cable does also work with other keyboards on the same computer.
If the keyboard works on another PC it might be some faulty driver/dead registries, could you try following this guide? https://help.wooting.io/article/173-how-to-flush-all-dead-registry-entries
Sometimes even after following this guide Issue - Wootility doesn't detect the Wooting the Wootility still can not detect the keyboard, this can be because of d
I have tried this yes, because windows does not pick up the keyboard there are no wooting Restore or 60HE entries on regedit or devmgmt to delete. i did try removing all of the basic keyboard controllers but it doesn't seem to have done anything
