Are you using the stock cable? What is your RGB settings? Tachyon mode enabled? 8000 Hz polling rate?
Tachyon mode enable, using wooting cable, rgb static
when you bought the keyboard
mine is bought in late 2023 but i never had this problem, modded it too
but never had this problem for 3 years almost
i hope its cuz of the update,i received mine yesterday
i'm not sure, i don't know if we have the same updates
but it's annoying as hell, when it happens try putting in max actuation then lower it to what you had before
dunno,i havent spend 240 euros on keyboard to tweek it for working properly.
ikr
Could you try disabling Tachyon mode and lowering the RGB brightness to see if it helps?
Disabling tachyon mode results in less issues, but the problem is still there, and i want to use tach mode
I think I'm not able to help you further.. Best would be to contact official support using the Wooting Support Wizard linked above by the bot

I ll test with new cable today, hope it will fix
im testing with my phone charger cable, for 1 hour no problems, what are possibilities wooting cable is faulty?
Curious question, how long is the phone cable?
1m
1m-cable,now i bought brand new 2m cable(100w) ,played 1 game ,no issues
very interesting. could be a faulty cable then maybe. But yes you should contact support about this if you haven't yet
at worst they can at least send you a new cable if it's a cable issue
im still having no issues,so i hope its fixed, defenetly try it for few more days to be sure
Thanks for the Discord link (I sent an email).
While swapping the cable seemed to resolve the issue, what was shown in the analog monitor is not a good sign and more likely indicates a faulty hall sensor rather than this being caused by a USB-C cable with high resistances/voltage drop (if that was the case it would affect a lot more sensors) .
