I modded my 80he with this kit.

Now my spacebar feels heavy, it doesn't actuate all the way and gets stuck at 2mm, I'm guessing this is a problem with the foam messing with the stabilisers? Not too sure.
Should I take it all apart and remove some foam? Do I need to manually lube the stabilisers or something? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you use this foam on top of the PCB? If so, I'd recommend removing it and any other extra dampening between the PCB and the plate, as they can negatively impact the keyboard's performance and cause issues with stabilizers, etc.

Not sure why they even include them for a hall effect keyboard...

Wait @dense ore should I just replace it with the stock silicone or just remove it completely?
