the keyboard keeps turning off

When I press the Alt Tab key combination, the keyboard disconnects and reconnects. This happens randomly. What's the problem?

Pressing keys near the USB port causing the keyboard to disconnect is usually caused by the JST cable being loose. It can be fixed by opening the keyboard and making sure the cable between the PCB and the daughter board is properly connected

Are you saying that the power connector is coming off?

Not as in broken, just loose enough that movement/vibrations is making it unplug. Easily fixed by just making sure it's plugged in properly

Yes, making sure it's making good contact. It's the most common cause of the issue you're having
