Selling split space bar separately?

Later on when support comes out for different key cap sets, can the split space bar be sold alone or would you have to buy a full keycap set?

I am not an expert on this, so please keep in mind that this is mostly theory. This tends to be a bit complicated, as for certain keycap sets this would require a new mold to be made, which can cost a lot.

If you make a separate mold just for the split spacebar keycaps and the main set, that increases the steps taken, as you would then need to rent or pay for another machine to be used, or for additional time, which could increase the cost of each set.

If you use a single mold, then you would need to separate the split spacebar keycaps, witch would leave a new set with out the keycaps

  it would also requires to create a separate SKU, transit them to the fulfillment center, and sell them separately, which for every variation of keycap set we sell (Magnetic Wave – pink, blue, white, etc) (PBT white, black, language, etc) adds up to a lot.
