Lagging keyboard/ Unusable rn

Dear Wooting,

It's been couples of months since my keyboard starting disfuctioning. The main issue is whenever I plug the keyboard in, it types on its own, opens apps and so on. I have tried to put it on all the different ports of my computer which did not work, I have tried to put it on and back, which did not work either.

I have also tried to re-boot the device from the WOOTILITY software but in the process it did not load and recognize the keyboard, moreover it was impossible to do the manuver since it kept opening random pages and lagging my pc.

The video attached is just the "proof" of my complain above ( I don't know if it's necessary of not)

That cable looks weird indeed. It's the Wooting one plugged into the laptop, but a different one on the keyboard end? Are you using a USB hub or something?
