#Analog Rocket League troubleshooting

I'm having an issue that’s not new to me. I am trying to play Rocket League using analog input.
However, it will randomly just stop reading my inputs. Keyboard inputs work fine, but not analog ones.

It was working perfectly, but after i went to edit my Steam Input layout, so the buttons 1, 2, 3 and 4 were activating the corresponding DPAD buttons directly, rather than the in-game command for quick chats, so pressing them would teleport the ball too--instead of only activating quick chat--, it stopped working.
Steam is registering the "controller", but not registering any inputs from it, and the controller inputs register on windows, like navigating a menu with the left stick.

I have tried:
Toggling off/on Steam Input
Restarting the game
Plugging out/in my keyboard and activating the profile
Changing the Steam Input layout to the default one
Changing to the "Classic controller" instead of Xbox, but steam doesn't even recognise that one.

This is how I'm looking on mine.

The pre-set controls on controller aren't all set up right so you need to go into your in-game control config to make sure everything is set correctly.

#

@ me if you have any more issues and I'll try to get back to you quicker.

When I used that setup—which is what I did originally—, I'm having the issue, that W doesn't trigger throttle. My work around was enabling "Enable keyboard keys" and then setting the actuation point to a decent value, so I can actually drive forwards.
This makes it, so when the actuation point is hit, it simulates holding the button all the way down, meaning you only have a percentage of the control

I'll send screenshots when I get home

The DKS you suggested seemed to fix this issue, but the problem is mainly steam input just deciding to not work

My main problem is just having the ability to use both throttle and air steer down with W, without throttle completely removing the air steer down control

#

Like with KBM, you either press W or not. I'd like to keep the control of analog with air steer down, while it still triggers throttle, but also via analog and not from triggering W

Well, how can i bind the analog stick to drive and reverse, then?
