Issues I'm facing are:
- Most of the time when I start my pc up I noticed that some of my keys a "pre-pressed" for example my shift key seems to be pressed. or some of my other keys like the
a, w, skeys are pressed down. What I have to do to stop this is to press the key that is "pressed down" again... You can see how this can be very stressfull/frustrating since this means that I have to go 1 by 1 through my keys to hope and pray I got the right one and in the process opening and closing tabs/apps. - Sometimes when I'm gaming I noticed that randomly a key I didn't press or touch randomly is seen as pressed down. So in a FPS game for example Valorant I would be standing still and ready to move to then see that I'm randomly either moving: left, right or backwards for no apparent reason.
What I seemed to notice/assume
I think maybe something in my settings are configured very sensitive and that after having my keyboard for a few months the quality has reduced and because of that these issues perhaps occur? I cannot think of any other reason. I did include a picture about something I noticed when I enable Tachyon Mode on one or more keys. It looks like the actuation point is always at least 0.16 regardless of me touching a key or not. And some of my keys for example my: 'a', 'w' and 's', no longer show change in the actuation point when pressing these mentioned keys. While for example the 'd' key does show visual feedback of its actuation point.
Thing's I checked/tried and that didn't do anything
- Yes I'm using the original cable that came with the keyboard
- No I do not have any magnets nearby nor do I have any new devices
- I also tried adjusting the cable management to isolate the keyboard cable in case a different cable somehow interfered with the keyboard cable resulting in weird/unwanted behaviour.
- My RGB brightness when using Tachyon Mode was reduced

My question(s):
- I purchased/received my keyboard on
Mon 2025-08-11Why do these issues happen now all of the sudden when previously everything seemed fine? - Anyone that faced something similar? If so what have you found a solution?
- Any suggestion on anything else I can do to troubleshooting my issue?
- Do you think that this might be a hardware related issue and that I should just sent it in since I still have warranty?
