Noticed my wooting 80 he having issues lately on my fps games, I mostly play CS2 and Valorant and a few other games but mostly those.

So I did what any normal person would do google up how to "fix" my wooting keyboard.

I skimmed this community support a little however I didnt find anything related to what I had

Ive tried wiping my wooting 80he, uninstalling & resintalling wootility multiple times, enter device manager to delete files, enter my registry editor to delete the keyboard files

(followed this) https://help.wooting.io/article/173-how-to-flush-all-dead-registry-entries

I even booted into safe mode and wiped all drivers related to wooting80he and reinstalled wootility 5.52 version ( the latest version) again

and this issue still persists after I install the app and launch and enter logs

this is a line of what I see for example:

as far as I am aware this is used to make sure your wooting keyboard functions properly for stuff as:

Analog input detection (pressure-sensitive keys)
Lighting customization and effects
Profile management (loading and saving keyboard settings)
Firmware updates and device status checks

my wooting 80he keyboard is still usable with usb, however this difference is just too noticeable for me. I'm sure its not something I've installed on my pc I have very minimal stuff on my computer.

I'll go ahead and list my pc specs as well

cpu: amd ryzen 7 7800x3d
gpu: nvida geforce 4060 ti 16gb
ram: 32 gb corsair
ssd: 2tb kingston
motherboard: msi b650 gaming wifi
psu: corsair rm850e 850 w atx
case: nzxt h5 flow 2022
(I cant remember the fan but its a really good fan I bought, not really sure that matters much anyways)

I'm pretty much lost and unsure how to "resolve" this as it has basically made my wooting keyboard kinda just stock without any of the additional features that its normally supposed to come with. I'm really lost on what I can do to resolve this issue so please help

(and of course 100% please correct me if you have any knowledge or if I'm completely wrong on something)

You've posted all that and never even mentioned what your problem was in the first place

First line - FPS issues. I don't see how the keyboard could do that though.

You're right. I guess that just speaks to how difficult it is to parse 😄

anyway from what i can tell no specific issue is stated and the only error they posted is an expected error and not an issue at all since it wouldnt mess with the keyboard and game(s)

guess what I was trying to ask is why I’m seeing these error messages in my error logs. I should have been more clear on what my issue was. I only posted what I have knowledge upon, I saw that and was curious/trying to rule out if there’s something wrong with the wooting keyboard or something else with my pc

and yeah I meant first person shooter as well sorry

ok the error is expected as localhost:5052 is where our background service would be available at if installed and running
