so i just got a new wooting 80 he and when i tried to load up the websit it said it needed to update my firmware but when i try, it says i need to allow wooting restore but it dosnt show up, i should also meantion that i tried updating on the app 2 and it kept telling me to unplug and replug then try again, please can someone help?

It's not in restore mode seems like, try manually putting it in a restore mode:
Unplug your keyboard, then hold the top-right and the bottom-right keys. While holding them, plug the keyboard back in

Those aren't the correct drivers, therefore Wootility can't flash the firmware. Should be like this

Windows didn't assign the correct drivers. If it happens again in the future, need to flush the drivers https://help.wooting.io/article/173-how-to-flush-all-dead-registry-entries
