While comparing if i should buy the 80HE or the 60HE V2, i proceeded with the order of the 80HE which i do not want, i thought i was ordering the 60HE V2 but i did not properly check the order content.
I made i cancellation request via the wizard and i would like to know how much time it will take to process and get a refund so i can continue and buy (with 3 times more attention) a 60HE V2

ok, i responded to the mail that i wanted to cancel the order, am i gonna get a reply / another mail when it is cancelled?
when its right to contact support if too much time passes before a reply?
i would like if possible to be able to have the keyboard before the end of january and since its a first purchase from wooting i dont really know how fast is the support team with these
