@Support URGENT HELP NEEDED: Order locked in Hub

Order Number: ROWXXXXX

Hi, I have an urgent request.
I submitted a ticket to change my Wooting 80HE Module from JIS to ANSI.
However, the Wooting Hub status is now "Ready to pack" and I CANNOT put the order on hold myself (the button is missing).

Please pause the shipment before it leaves the warehouse!
I really need to switch to ANSI layout.

I had a similar issue they responded within 15 mins so hopefully they get back to you soon. On the plus side I think inventory count is happening right now so it shouldn’t be able to be shipped out right now anyways

Only Wooting staff can do something with the order number, so if you did bet on them intervening from this post, removing it is the wrong move. It’s worthless to anybody else.

We cannot hold the order. It's already submitted to the fulfilment center

Yea I guess you’re probably right about that didn’t really dig deep on it I just know with some company’s that’s a privacy thing my bad, however think their discord is linked to the order anyway

Update: The support team was able to help me change the order!
