hello!
i have a question and didn’t really know where else to go, as it was my father who ordered a keyboard from wooting for his son and asked for my help to communicate his way through it all! he doesn’t speak english very well and that’s where i come into play.
over a month ago, he ordered a keyboard, as previously mentioned, through their official website. only after it had been shipped out, however, he realized that he unfortunately included a typo in his address (street number was wrong). once the package was on its way back to its sender, he requested a change to his address.
according to the carrier‘s tracking, it has also officially returned to wooting on december 18th, so almost a month ago.
yet, not much has happened ever since the request for an address update. from what i could see through the logs, all he received were mails with the official data package from wooting, without any other answers. i‘m sure there’s a way to get it all to work, as we‘d like for the address change to go through (if it hasn’t already?) and for the order to be sent out anew, but i‘m a little confused as to how i‘m supposed to get it all sorted out, because wooting‘s support page seems a little overwhelming to me, considering i was kind of thrown into this situation as an outsider, haha.
therefore my questions are as follows:
how can i contact customer support and request for my order to be shipped out again? and also check if the address change has been properly approved and noted in the system?
