have you tried clearing the cache for the site?
just tried that, not working unfortunately
i just got a cord thatll work with my setup for my UwU and i was wanting to set it up and then i got this error message. Tragic
might need to clear all site data not just cache
so cookies and local storage as well
no not that
actually
it might
idk if local storage is included in the middle checkbox
and you could have done this just for wootility and not for all your browsing data
im not really all too worried, if i have to log back into some websites ill live
this is what im worried about
(this is from the devtools ctrl+shift+i)
as you can see its where wootility stores all the data like profiles etc so they survive browser restarts etc
i have no clue how to get to that
wait
this is what my screen is looking like, i dont know where that tab is youre on is at
its application or memory in chrome
i took the screenshot in firefox
but same principals
ah
you can just right click the website name under local storage and then clear it in one go
this is from chrome now
this ofc means if you had profiles inactive they are gone as well
its not giving me the drop down to see the site name
do you have any extensions in the browser?
i dont believe so
like STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION would mean the browser tries to access ram on your pc it shouldnt access
might try disabling them all to see if anything changes at all (on wootility.io that is)
what does that mean? im not very knowledgeable in these types of fields and wouldnt mind learning
it means windows blocked google chrome from accessing ram memory its not supposed to have access to
everything is turned off, no dice
programs tell your operating system how much memory they need and they can only access that memory normally
ok so its not the extensions. i also would assume the browser is updated
i havent had any notifications saying that the browser needed any sort of updates, so yeah im sure it is
does beta.wootility.io work?
nothin
the one we saw internally was on linux with super old chrome
oh god i get to name the disease ðŸ˜
can you send a screenshot of your browser version? its under help in the menu
but that one was not quite access violation, it was straight up a segfault
access violation is weirder
does any other website show this?
nothing ive found so far
i ve only ever run into this with Wootility
have you tried in edge?
i havent, no
it would also be quite useful if you check if the browser console has any information
oh diogo with the smart thinking
atp i just want to know if it's a hardware/driver or similar low level issue
im still trying to find the browser versino
do this
why is google throwing an error usually from windows update
lol
prob best to uninstall and reinstall chrome
you can prob install over it
i mean they already cleared browser data so nothing to lose
