Hey there, I just ripped out my GPU and PSU and put it into a new home-built system. Everything has loaded fine EXCEPT for Wootility. My 80HE retains base functionality but is completely incapable of initializing to Wootility which is causing problems with games I want to play. I've tried updating to the latest Wootility version, using both USB-Cs in my separate headers, restarting the computer, and removing the 80HE from the memorized devices. In the Wootility app before I removed the 80HE, it said that my device was disconnected. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

make sure ur plugs for ur USB are plugged into ur motherboard
They are. I still have power but it won’t initialize in wootility.
i assume windows did not assign the drivers for wootility correctly to check can you following the steps below and take a picture of the drivers to see if "HID-compliant device " is listed (driver for wootility)
- Right-click the "Windows Start icon"
- Select "Device Manager"
- Select "View"
- Select "Devices by container"
- Find the keyboard and expand the device tree
- Take a screenshot of the results
Thanks for your response! I just got my responses from Kees through the email support, and he walked me through these steps to flush the registry like you're suggesting. On top of it, I also uninstalled "wootility-analog-sdk" in Device Manager when uninstalling the Wootility app. I'm not sure which of those did it, but the problem's all fixed now! Back to the grind!
