Is it a prebuilt 60HEv2 or a module? In a different case maybe?
Prebuilt 60HEv2
I already opened a support ticket, no reply yet
Is your PC's power supply properly grounded? What does the cable look like and the wall socket?
It is grounded properly, normal cable I guess and wall socket. Never had an issue with any other keyboard do this, I'm currently using my old 60HE+
and no issues whatsoever
Curious. It's an alu version? The V2?
yes, silver one
I have an 80HE alu one as well, no issues with it as well whatsoever
Hm... not sure why the keyboard is giving you the zaps. It should only be possible if something between the wall and hands aren't properly grounded.
Only theory I have is that maybe the case itself has some sort of slight defect in the finish, causing it to bridge something
so should I just wait for support to answer?
I'm not a pro with these things, it's the first time opening a support case with wooting honestly, never had this problem before :((
You can wait for them to respond, or maybe someone here has an idea. I don't have any ideas on how to help fix this.
Thank you, your help is much appreciated ❤️
I have a similar issue.
Does your usb port also behave like this perchance?
Take out the module, correctly position the silicone pad inside the case, then put the module back in. This should fix the misaligned USB port.
Thank you!
Yes but when i push it in, it’s fixed
Idk if this is causing the electricity stings
Tell me if its fixed for u the zaps pleasw @inner rock
@dense hornet So far it seems like it did!
Lemme do it kmao
