also im wondering if a carbonfiber plate fits the v2? im really new to modding and this will be my first time 😅

Currently third-party plates aren't fully compatible with the v2, because plate's top right standoff doesn't match the PCB hole. Once Wooting releases the plate files, compatible plates should be available on AliExpress shortly.

Can't buy it from Wooting. You only use poron sandwich pad if the case isn't friction fit compatible. What case are you using?

Ah, you can friction mount that case, but it's recommended to screw in one screw loosely in the top right to ground the module.

Ive have the foam from the optimum module? If i would like to traymount would i be able to use it then?

60HE+ sandwich foam isn't exactly the same as v2. V2 has different standoff location, so you'll need to modify the 60HE+ foam yourself to make it fully compatible.
