#KEYBOARD 60HE WOOTING RESTORE BUT NOT DETECTED

So... I basically I tried to use wootility.io with my brand new 60HE wooting and it had an error (?)
The keyboard RGB turned off and my keyboard stopped working... I tired using FN and Delete and the keyboard is being detected as wooting restore mode but never actually gets back to being detected on the website or wootility.io

I need some help please :(

I've already tried restarting my pc... latest windows update... latest wootility version, unplugging my keyboard multipe times

can you check what drivers are currently assigned for "wooting restore" by following the steps below

  1. Right-click the "Windows Start icon"
  2. Select "Device Manager"
  3. Select "View"
  4. Select "Devices by container"
  5. Find the keyboard and expand the device tree
  6. Take a screenshot of the results

i think the drivers needed for wootility to communicate with the keyboard may be missing or wrong
