#Wooting 60HE+ disconnecting (no disconnect sound) randomly while playing Valorant

Hello, all. I recently bought my wife a Wooting 60he+ and while i have had no problems for about 2 years now, hers will disconnect while we play games. We mostly play Valorant and that seems to be where the issues occurs. The keyboard is fine usually but when we’re in gunfights and utility is being spammed it will randomly shut off and it takes a second to reconnect.

I have tried:

Disabling USB power saving through Windows
Disabling USB selective suspend globally
Tried different USB ports
and tried updating the chipset drivers

Any help would be appreciated. We’ve also swapped her keyboard out for mine and then mine starts doing it on her PC. It seems to be in the PC side but i’m not sure what the compatibility issue is. Thanks!
