I noticed that after i mounted my 60 v2 into the Alumaze with the single screw and try to friction fit, the left side of the board sticks up and even when you apply pressure it'll stick back up

Probably because left side of module rest on electrical discharge pad

Do the screw in loosely, not all the way. It doesn’t have to be tight, as it’s just there to make metal on metal contact

#

If you still have that issue you can swap to the opposite screw on other side of the keyboard near usb. That hole is grounded as well

on further inspection it just seems that the board is abit off center in the alumaze case in general?

#

if you want the board to line up with the usb c port, the spacebar side of the board has to be up just abit

#

if you push the bottom side down, it slightly offsets the usb c port and makes the tilt to the right more obvious

#

this is without the screw, the screw doesn't seem to change anything

#

I found the culprit.

#

it's the screw for that metal thing on the side of the case

#

that's pushing against the module, which is why the keyboard doesn't sit flush into the case

i'll make sure to mention it in our updated alumaze guide

ah, yea cause the pad covers up the hole
