My card was declined but the money was gone

I don’t know what happened, I was ordering a keyboard when I’m gonna buy it my card was declined but I got a notification of my bank saying that the purchase was successful what can i do

That shouldn't be able to happen. You either had a successful charge or you didn't.

Have you received an email with an order confirmation yet?

Are you sure it's a charge, and not just a reservation?
