Arrow key layout

Is there a way to change the arrow key layout after the setup? I want to goto the mod tap arrows yet I cannot find where to

Just go to the remap tab and change it to your heart's content.

though how exactly would I achieve the hold down/press modifiers for the arrow keys. I remap the keys and I cant use function so im just confused

I dont see any way to have a press key / hold key

thats advanced keys

modtap specifically

basically depends on which of the 3 you chose

if you chose the left or right one they are with remap on fn layers

if you chose the middle one its under advanced keys
