windows key not working.

everytime I press my windows key it doesnt work it lights up and everything I was thinking of seeing if I can just put a macro on it so it can do ctrl + esc at the same time but I want to see if I can fix it, I', on the Wooting Two HE and I tried the fn+windows already still didnt fix it
