What's your firmware version?

Do you have background service installed? If so, is it up to date?

Any RGB softwares running in the background that can interfere with Wootility's connection to the keyboard?

Try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port, also double check if the background service is up to date. If it is, try disabling Discord integration in background service settings.
