I bought a Wooting 2 HE back in 2022 when it first released, and I have to say it was a very innovative keyboard for the time.
I ended up not deciding to buy a new Wooting keyboard though. There are now cheaper keyboards on the market, with far superior actuation point accuracy, press/release latency, RT accuracy, and some are starting to catch up in terms of software too. I get that these companies are usually Chinese based and so they can r&d for a cheaper cost but I feel like it is something that should be focused on if Wooting wants to be innovative and leading the way again.
Didn't name any kb names since I'm not sure if it's against the rules.
Also, a compact 75% layout would be cool. I think a lot of people would like their f keys but keeping a very compact layout.
#Wooting KB owner: More innovation needed when it comes to hardware performance

Feel free to name them, there's a very small number of keyboards that would match/beat the 60HEV2 in performance and they are not cheap.
Also very much relies on who is doing the testing and how good their testing methodology is
Some keyboards using sparklink pcb like for example everglide su75 pro. VGN sells a couple good ones too I believe. Apparently aula ag60 performance is good but I didn't look into it. There is a new pcb just released, mmstudio m61 snow cat, but that's not easy to get your hands on atm, not sure what the price is supposed to be. The others are like around $100 price range
It's mainly RT fine-tuning and accuracy where the 60HE V2 seems to fall behind. The price is crazy for that keyboard though so I would hope it's better in every way lol
