I asked Chatgpt how to cancel the order, so i was on the website an i have done a ticket with cancel the order.
after that i got a mail with hold the order

You can purchase a return label to ship it back, if the courier won't let you refuse delivery.
No relation to warranty - that's just our 30day return service (Warranty is for defects and issues)
