My Left Ctrl key is F**ked

Had this keyboard for about a year now, and this happens (watch video) it effects only the left Ctrl key and its unusable at this point, it used to only fluctuate up to 2.00 mm max now it has no issue acting like it is fully pressed down all the time. Ive looked through Wooting's troubleshoot page and tried all of them, things like (trying a different cable, plugging it in and unplugging it, cleaning the pcp, replacing the switches, turning off Tachyon mode, reducing the keyboards brightness and ofc changing the actuation point (but now its at its max and still gets pressed)) All of these which did sometimes provide some relief for short periods of time it would end up doing it again. I find it so weird and i cant determine if its a hardware or software issue, the reason i say this is because when i update the keyboard sometimes it stops for an hour or two or sometimes when i unplugg it it willl not for longer periods of time, even switching writing profiles can get it to stop or not do it so much. Im genuinley so confused and im requesting a new keyboard in hopes of fixing this issue. Wooting support have you seen this issue before, can it be fixed and if not could i be sent a new keyboard or at the very least a reduced price for a new one?
